Sound Immersion with Dustin
Start the new year shaking off the old, and make space for the new. Dustin brings his full collection of instruments for a night of wonder. A local favorite for his musical talents and beautiful energy, Yoga Bar is happy to welcome Dustin back to our studio.
You will be amazed at the large and unique collection of high vibration instruments Dustin brings. He will take you on a journey of discovery thourgh sound healing. Deep in our matirix we store generations of pain and suffering. Sound healing gently massages the molecules back into the right places, clearing blockages and restoring harmony. Ancient healing systems, such as Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda, associate specific musical notes with subtle energy systems of the body.
Dustin brings all the notes and you will need to bring your most comfy clothes, mats, pillow, eye pillow and open mind for a beautiful event.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Ever have trouble winding down, and falling asleep? we are “on” all day. How do you turn off?
Restorative Yoga is designed to put your nervous in a ‘down regulated’ pattern. By positioning your body in various supportive postures, using multiple props, you will feel supported and safe. The unique sequence is designed to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, and ensure you receive all the physical and mental benefits. You will experience a blissful state of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Three trained teachers; Alla, Kellie, and Lesa, will work together to provide an evening of Relaxation and Renewal. It’s a perfect way to unwind from the holiday stresses.
Space is limit to 12 people to allow individualized attention to provide maximum affects.

Join us for our 90 minute "Invert to Uplift" Yoga Workshop, where you'll learn inversions that will not only challenge your physical strength but also uplift your spirit.
Led by our gymnast-yogi, Keri, this workshop is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis looking to explore the world of inversions.
Yoga inversions are a type of yoga pose where your body is turned upside down.
While tricky, inversions can offer a new perspective on your practice as well as a number of health benefits for the body and mind. Some of the most popular fully inverted postures include Headstand, Handstand, and Shoulderstand.
If you're not ready for those just yet, there are plenty of easier beginner yoga inversions (half inversions) you can try, like Downward-Facing Dog, Child’s Pose, and Dolphin pose. Keri will safely guide you through variations and modifications to help you work towards your inverted goals!
Although challenging, yoga inversions can offer an abundance of health benefits when incorporated into a balanced practice. As a result, many medical professionals today recommend inversion therapy to improve blood flow in the body and provide relief for chronic back pain, sciatica, and other conditions.

Vin to Yin with Kate
Discover the perfect blend of energy and relaxation in our "Vin to Yin" yoga class.
This unique practice combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga with the deep stretching and meditative qualities of Yin yoga. Begin your session with an invigorating Vinyasa flow that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Then transition into a soothing Yin practice that targets connective tissues, releases tension, and cultivates inner stillness.
Experience the best of both worlds as you find harmony within yourself.
This 75 minute class combines 2 styles of yoga into one rejuvenating and relaxing experience. The first half of class moves through a dynamic series of poses linking movement and breath. This Vinyasa style portion of class warms the body and releases excess prana (energy) which helps prepare the body for the second half of class, the Yin portion. This Yin part of class combines passive and relaxing stretches typically held between 2-5 minutes which helps calm the nervous system and loosen stiff areas in the body. The powerful combination of Vinyasa and Yin is a well rounded practice guaranteed to help you with your strength ,flexibility and mindfulness. The room is gently warmed to 80 degrees.

Dustin is well known on 30A for his masterful drumming with several well known bands. He easily becomes part of the musical fabric and allows musicians to show case their talents. Performing solo, he becomes his own band while commanding a large set of instruments. He will take you on a magical sound journey with his collection of high vibrational instruments. His expertise lies in his keen sense of rhythym and tone.
Dustin's kind nature makes you feel safe and secure to explore your energy and relax and release through this 90 minute sound bath.

Transformational Breathwork
As a young woman, Marci aimed to save the world by fostering greater understanding between peoples and cultures. This calling drove her to pursue a B.A. and M.A. in International Relations and to live abroad for nearly 20 years. But along the way, she discovered that the most important relationship we can foster is the relationship we have with our self. If that relationship is malnourished, it’s hard to lay an enduring foundation understanding and well-being in the external world.
Now her aim is a bit more humble. Just a desire to foster the connection between minds and hearts and to assist those on a path of transformation. This led to a year-long Reiki master apprenticeship in Thailand in 2010 and eventually to certification as a coach and small group facilitator in the practice of Heart Intelligence in 2015. More recently, Marci's passion has turned to working with highly sensitive women and helping them free themselves of the doubt, anxiety, and self-criticism that often keep them in hiding, or stuck in overwhelm, or feelings of not belonging.
Marci's path has recently led her to the study of trauma and healing, and in 2021 she got certified as a Biodecoding® coach in order to help clients who are seeking to heal from symptoms and illness. In 2023 she completed her certification as a Transformational Breath coach, having found breathwork to be a very potent and powerful tool for healing and transformation and helping people walk more lightly through the world.

ANATOMY - Anatomy of the bones and muscles of our feet & range of motion of our joints. And why some people can place their foot flat on the ground in down dog and why, even after 20 years of yoga practice, you can’t.
FEET & ASANAS - We will go over in detail placement and alignment of feet during 5 common yoga asanas.
COMMON FOOT DISORDERS & TREATMENT - We will discuss bunions, plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Several non-surgical techniques will be presented.
