To address this, sound waves from Himalayan Singing Bowls are used to modulate the brain's electrical patterns into Theta frequencies, resulting in a meditative and serene atmosphere. This soundscape suppresses the stress and pain responses while quieting the inner critic, helping one gain insight into the mind-body connection. After a session, the listener experiences relaxation and renewal, so make sure to come prepared with blankets and pillows for maximum comfort. It is also recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the session, to claim your space and get settled in.
